Payment Methods:

For all transportations, all major credit cards or cash are accepted. You may use a credit card while making a reservation on the phone. Credit cards are also accepted at the time of the pick-up/drop-off. A minimum deposit of 25% of the fare is required at the time of the reservation for stretch limos, proms, weddings, special events, and hourly services. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of the even/travel.

Refunds & Cancelations:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of all transportation pickup times, and 24 hours for special event reservations such as weddings, proms, or hourly rentals. If a reservation is cancelled after this time, the deposit will not be refunded or credited.
